Just bought my house in November and had them come out to give me a quote to replace the shingles, turns out the decking was rotting out and they gave me a great price to properly fix the roof. I had an exceptional experience with Cardinal Roofing and Renovations, LLC! From the moment I reached out, they QUICKLY RESPONDED and SCHEDULED the Renovation at my house and, at the same time provided an estimate. Their pricing was incredibly fair, providing incredible value for the cost. However, what stood out to me was: 1. not only their RAPID EVALUATION of my roof 2. The DOCUMENTATION with on-the-spot aerial drone-PHOTOS and at the same time explained their findings and options to fix the problems while they were on the roof. 3. They were METICULOUS !!! 4. They have strong MORAL VALUES and are committed to honesty ( among others, help choosing cheaper but as effective materials) and doing the work RIGHT throughout the process. 5. their Knowledge, providing Clear explanations and predictions (about the expected lifetime - before future deterioration - of each current damage). I was impressed with the company. I decided to allow them to do the entire roof repairs Now, my roof is completely repaired in less time than expected. (Those brave souls went to work as soon as the weather permitted it)! The team was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They ensured I understood every step of the project and kept me updated throughout the process. 6. Plus, they went above and beyond by offering some extra work for Free, which I truly appreciated. 7. Lastly, also testifying to their moral values, they instructed me that I was eligible for a significant rebate from my home insurance company (because of the new roof) and offered me the necessary documentation to file for it. It’s clear that Cardinal Roofing values its customers and strives to provide the Best service possible.
